Awareness Poster Ideas, Module 3

 

I have two different causes for an Awareness Poster, 

Childhood Cancer Awareness and Missing and Exploited Children. 

Not sure which I will go with yet, here are some of my ideas...

 

Photomontage Part 2

The promotional photomontage I created is for a country artist. Different photoshop skills I used were digital transparencies, combining visual elements, altering perspectives, color saturation, cropping and layering objects from 3 different pictures. I also created a border with an added texture inside.  I was trying to add the border and texture layer to make it look to the viewer as though they are looking through a window to correlate with the song titled under the artist’s name. I also used the Appaloosa horse’s name as the artist’s name. 

This first page was based on horses, since I am more familiar with drawing them.
The second page I chose something that may be a little different to work with in Photoshop since my original idea was based on a picture.  Cropping and layering sound easy in the tutorials but time will tell I guess!

This second page I was thinking how nice it was outside and wish I could bottle up the sun for rainy days and some how by the end of the drawings I ended up with moonshine stills! Haha!



These are the 3 sketches I chose to enlarge and decide between.

 My little girl, Jillian, says she wants to be a rock star named Gigi Star and a Dentist... so I thought of her with this project. Just for the record, I am crossing my fingers for Dentist!





This last one surprised me as I sketched and seemed like "Bottled Shine" could fit in with the project too.
